Welcome to the Bridely.ai and Vowlinked ecosystem. This document governs your use of both Bridely.ai (the "Couple Platform") and Vowlinked.com (the "Vendor Platform"). By creating an account on either platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Information We Collect

  • Couple Data (Bridely.ai): We collect information you provide, including your name, email, wedding date, budget, guest list information, and any content you upload (photos, notes, etc.).
  • Vendor Data (Vowlinked.com): We collect your business name, contact information (email, phone, address), service descriptions, pricing, portfolio images, and any client data you manage through the CRM.
  • Payment Data: All payments are processed by our third-party processor, BlueSnap. We do not store your credit card details.

How We Use Your Information

  • To Operate the Platform: We use your data to power the planning tools, connect couples with vendors, and facilitate communication within the collaborative workspace.
  • AI Profile Builder: For vendors, we use publicly available URLs (e.g., your website, Instagram) at your request to generate a draft profile. We only access public data.
  • Marketing:
    • For Vendors: We may email you about platform features, upsell opportunities (e.g., converting from "Advertise Only" to a CRM plan), or nurture campaigns if you are a "Discovered" vendor.
    • For Couples: We will send you transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations, password resets) and account lifecycle emails.
  • We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention & Account Deletion (Critical Policy)

We are committed to not holding your personal data indefinitely. Our retention policy is as follows:

  • For Couples (Bridely.ai): Your account and all associated planning data (including your website, guest list, floorplans, and shared workspace content) will be permanently deleted 90 days (3 months) after your specified wedding date. You will receive one automated email reminder 30 days prior to this deletion. It is your responsibility to download any materials you wish to keep.
  • For Vendors (Vowlinked.com): Your main vendor account will remain active as long as you have a subscription. However, to manage data storage, any client projects that you move to the "Archived" status will be permanently deleted after one (1) year of being archived. We recommend you export any necessary financial reports or contracts for a project before archiving it.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Account & Responsibilities

  • Couples: You are granted a free license to use the bridely.ai planning tools. You agree that our platform (Bridely.ai and Vowlinked.com) is a neutral advertising and connection service. We are not an agent for any vendor, and we do not endorse or guarantee the services of any vendor, including both "Vowlinked Verified" subscribers and "Discovered" vendors. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any data found through web searches or on a vendor's profile. It is your sole responsibility to vet, interview, and validate any vendor before booking their services.
  • AI Guidance & Limitation of Liability: You understand that the AI features on bridely.ai (such as the guided setup, budget recommendations, and search results) are for guidance only. The AI is a learning system and may make mistakes or provide incomplete information. You must double-check and validate all information before making any financial or planning decisions. We are not responsible or liable for any actions, inactions, or decisions you make based on the advice or search results provided by our AI.
  • Vendors: You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, the services you offer, and the content of the contracts you send. Vowlinked is a platform to facilitate these connections and does not act as an agent or partner in your business.

2.2. Third-Party Partnerships (e.g., Minted)

  • Referrals, Not Endorsements: Bridely.ai may provide affiliate links or recommendations to third-party partners (e.g. Minted) for services like invitations, gifts, or decor. These are provided as a convenience.
  • No Data Selling: We do not sell your personal data to these partners. You may choose to use their services at your own discretion.
  • Your Responsibility: We are not an agent for these third-party partners and do not guarantee their services, products, or pricing. It is your sole responsibility to review their terms of service and privacy policies and to validate their offerings.

2.3 Collaboration Workspace

  • The free bridely.ai plan provides planning tools for a single user.
  • Couples may be prompted to pay an Upgrade Fee to unlock the "Collaborative Workspace" to share tools with their vendors.

2.4 Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, text, etc.). You grant us a license only to display it on our platform as part of our service.
  • Our Platform: The Bridely.ai and Vowlinked logos, software, and AI models are our exclusive property.

2.5 Termination

  • By You: You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Automatic Deletion: All accounts are subject to the Data Retention & Account Deletion policy outlined above.

2.6 Affiliate & Influencer Program

We welcome collaborations with vendors, influencers, and affiliates who share our passion for streamlining the wedding industry. If you are interested in partnering with us, please contact our marketing team at partnerships@vowlinked.com.
