This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate in the Vowlinked & Bridely.ai Partner Program (the "Program"). By submitting an application to join the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
"We," "us," or "our" refers to Vowlinked/Bridely.ai. "You" or "your" refers to you, the affiliate partner.
1. Enrollment & Acceptance
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Program application through our Partner Program page. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to applications from sites that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities, or that we deem to be low-quality.
2. Partner Responsibilities
As a member of the Program, you agree to:
- Promote Vowlinked: Use the unique affiliate tracking links and/or discount codes we provide to promote Vowlinked.com to your audience (e.g., wedding vendors, bloggers, venue owners, social promoters).
- FTC Disclosure: You must clearly and conspicuously state on your site or in your communications that you may be compensated for your endorsement. Your link disclosures must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or a clear "As a Vowlinked Partner, I earn from qualifying purchases" notice).
- Honest Representation: You must represent our products and brand in a positive and honest manner. You may not make false or misleading claims about our services, pricing, or capabilities.
3. Partner Restrictions
You agree that you will NOT:
- Use Paid Advertising on Branded Terms: You may not bid on keywords in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising network (e.g., Google Ads) that include our branded terms, such as "Vowlinked," "Bridely.ai," or misspellings thereof.
- Engage in Spam: You may not use your affiliate link or code in any form of unsolicited mass email, spam, or indiscriminate advertising.
- Self-Referral: You may not use your own affiliate link or code to purchase a subscription for yourself, your business, or on behalf of a third party.
- Misrepresent the Offer: You may not alter our offers or use misleading text (e.g., "Get 50% off" when the code is for 10%).
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all outstanding commissions.
4. Commission and Payment
- A. Commission Rate: You will earn a 20% commission on the "First-Year Value" of any new Vowlinked subscription you refer (the "Commission").
- B. Discount Code: We will provide you with a unique 10% discount code to offer your audience. When a new user signs up with your code, they receive 10% off their subscription, and you earn your 20% commission on the final (discounted) sale price.
- C. Definition of "First-Year Value": "First-Year Value" is defined as the total net subscription revenue we receive from a qualified referral during their first 12 months as a customer.
- For Annual Plans: The commission is 20% of the single, upfront annual payment.
- For Monthly Plans: The commission is 20% of each monthly payment, paid out to you monthly, for a maximum of 12 months, or until the user cancels, whichever comes first.
- D. Payouts:
- Commissions are approved 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was completed to account for any refunds or cancellations.
- Payouts will be made via our payment processor (BlueSnap) on or around the 15th of the following month (e.g., January's commissions are approved on March 1st and paid on March 15th).
- A minimum balance of $50.00 is required for a payout to be issued.
5. Additional Partner Perks & Bonuses
These perks are provided in addition to your earned commissions:
- FREE 1-Year Basic Account (Bonus Reward):
- Partners who successfully refer five (5) or more new annual plan subscribers within a single calendar year (January 1st to December 31st) will be awarded one (1) free year of the Vowlinked Basic Account.
- This bonus is for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is earned. (e.g., if you refer your 5th annual subscriber in March, you get the Basic Account free from April 1st until December 31st).
- This is a bonus; it does not replace your 20% commission on those sales.
- The referral count for this bonus resets to zero on January 1st of each new year.
- Co-Branded Marketing: We may, at our discretion, offer high-performing partners co-branded marketing opportunities, such as social media features or spotlights on our blog or "Vowed & True" podcast.
- Official "Partner" Badge: All approved partners will receive an official digital badge to display on their website and social media.
- Early Access: You may be invited to access new features before they are released to the public.
6. Term & Termination
This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links, codes, and "Partner" badges. You will be paid any outstanding, approved commissions earned prior to the termination date. We reserve the right to forfeit any commissions if you have violated the terms of this Agreement.
7. General Terms
- Relationship of Parties: You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Vowlinked/Bridely.ai.
- Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.
- Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your participation. Your continued participation in the Program following the notification will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
